Easy to inflate and super portable

This pregnancy mat inflates quickly with the pump that comes with it. When deflated, it folds down really small so I can pack it for weekend trips. I mainly use it to relax after work — it’s great for relieving pressure from my back and hips. Worth having during the third trimester.

A comfortable break from side-sleeping

I’m usually a stomach sleeper, and pregnancy has made sleep difficult. This mat gave me a safe way to lie face down again for short periods. It’s not for overnight use, but it’s great for naps or just relaxing in a different position. Really helps ease back and shoulder tension.
