Women's Robe Review: Very nice.The robe I got is well-made and true to size.It's very like a beloved waffle fabric shirt I used to have (it was flattering and dried quickly). Both that shirt and this robe could be softer, but both are somewhat flattering.I got it thinking it would be cooler than the big, fluffy type and while it probably is (hard to tell in RealFeel 114 degree heat with a million percent humidity), it's not the coolest. I think it's good for spring and fall wear (winter too, here in FL). That said, I'm using it now in the summer.When I was breastfeeding and people were coming by to see the baby, this would have been nice to have, though there are no slits for breastfeeding. I mean that it looks more like regular outer wear, so that you might not feel so off-kilter as a young mom sometimes can in her robe around a bunch of dressed-up people (Hey, you're a new mommy though and that's great, so own it.)The sleeves are close on your arms, more like outerwear (in the US, anyway) often is. That makes it warmer. It will also make it require more laundering than one that hangs off and has wide arms with open cuffs.It's notably lighter than other robes.The belt is part of the robe, not even just attached, so you cannot lose it. Awesome.I love it and am attaching some pics.

Nice waffle weave robe! I ordered the navy blue which is a heather navy. The quality is great. The heavy duty weight fabric is warming, yet not too hot, like fleece. Naturally it's not as soft as fleece, but it's comfortable and functional. I appreciate the belt being attached. I find this robe to fit true to size.

I absolutely love this robe from Monica+Andy! I personally prefer maternity robes because the tie comes up higher on the waist and sits comfortably which after 2 having kids is needed! I also love that this is a thinner robe which is great living in the desert. Everything about this robe is quality and it makes the perfect gift for yourself or a mama to be in your life. The color is gorgeous as well. Tie length is perfect and I also love that the ties are attached so there's no way you can lose them. I did wash it to try and soften it up a bit which helped. I'm sure after more washes it'll get softer, but as far as shrinkage goes, it was minimal. This is THE best gift to give!

Amazing maternity, post partum robe. The belt is built in so it doesn't get lost or slip, no worries about tangles in the wash. It also sits high for the pregnancy belly. The material is a soft jersey/waffle pattern. It has pockets and is stretchy. This would make an amazing gift for an expectant mom or someone undergoing abdominal surgery.

I'm a post-menopausal woman and yes, I got a maternity robe... because comfort is queen.This is pretty much a perfect robe. Like, PERFECT. Where do I begin?1. It's 95% organic cotton, making it light, breathable and soft. Now, right out of the package, the waffle weave feels slightly rough, but give it a wash and wear it for a week and it becomes like a second skin. I don't ever want to take it off.2. It doesn't look like a typical robe. There's an elegance to it and it looks more like a long sweater or a duster. Which is great if you want to, say, run out pick someone up from the airport early in the morning or drop the kids at school without getting fully dressed.3. The black color is really a dark gray. It has that sort of wabi-sabi lived-in look and feel to it that makes it an instant essential.4. I love that the ties are attached.5. The overall construction and quality are first-rate. Seams are tidy, fabric is durable, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design and construction of this garment.I've looked around for a robe I like for a long time. They all seem impractical and most of them are made with synthetics. I'm so glad I found this one.
